I wanted my bottle to stay black and my label red for a more sophisticated seductive look.

I wanted to keep the label plain and simple because of the fact that less is more. I just used a fancy font

bottles

This bottle reminds me of a beer. A strong sufficient flavor that goes great with any dinner meal.
This bottle reminds me of liquor. Possibly a stronger one but yet it is very smooth. I would feel as if I were fancy to drink this.

I find this to be like a coconut rum of some sort. Maybe from the shape of the bottle something of bright tropical colors. I would be something i drank on vacation.

Saul Bass Posters

This Saul Bass poster is my favorite. I love the usage of shapes and color contrasts. I like how the white swirl looks as if you are in motion and the person and their shadow in the middle concrete the action.

I like this Saul Bass entitled "The Man With The Golden Arm" because of the blockiness. How everything is uniformly shaped but yet is not a perfectly straight line resembling the arm in the picture.

I find this piece by Saul Bass to very interesting. Unlike the others were you have 1 main thing to look at this one keeps your eye moving and different objects throughout the poster.  These objects also give insight to what may go on in the movie.

Comic Book Characteristics

In this comic strip I get a mixed feeling.  At first glance I thought of it as kind of a light hearted comic until I read it.  I believe I got that feeling because of the light and airiness of the strip.  When in fact this is a very dark comic.  The young man is stuck and will more than likely not make it out alive.

I love this comic because of its high contrast. It brings the action in the pictures to life. All of the intricate details make this childish comic seem very professional in some sense.

First off, I love color comics!! It just seems to bring more personality to the strip. In this comic Peter thinks that he is awakened from a night of sleep when really he is still dreaming. There is really no conflict or story behind this comic, I think it was more of just like a filler of some sort.
